One of the best-known tuberous plants is the crocus. The genus has a very large number of species and the resulting hundreds of cultivars. There is a fairly wide range on offer, including very rare species and cultivars, some of which were not previously available in the Netherlands. Almost all crocuses are suitable for naturalising.
