Delivery and pick-up
Your order will be processed in order of receipt. None of the bulbs are pre-packed in our warehouse, this way the bulbs and tubers are kept under the right conditions until the time of packaging. On the day of dispatch, your order is packed by hand (not by machine). As a result, the delivery time may be longer than for other products.
Delivery of summer-flowering bulbous and tuberous plants is in the planting time, between February and May.
The delivery time during this period can be up to two - three weeks. Please take this into account. If you have delivery requirements, please let us know in a separate e-mail referring to your order. We will try to take your wishes into account as much as possible.
A large part of the bulbs and tubers we ship in spring are not hardy, such as dahlias and begonias.
To avoid disappointment, we therefore advise you not to plant these items outside before the danger of (night) frost has passed.
Of course, you can already propagate these items indoors, so they will flower earlier and you will be able to enjoy them for a while longer. Important here is that the plants get enough light.
When you have received a confirmation, we have your order in our system and you can assume that your order will be delivered in the course of the planting time. Please do not call or email us about this.
At the time of shipment, we will send a packing slip with track and trace number, an invoice and you will receive an email from PostNL with a track and trace link.
Shipments to countries outside the Netherlands can take several working days from dispatch.
It is important to keep a close eye on these e-mails and the shipment. Once shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to track and receive the package. When the shipment is returned, we are forced to calculate the costs for a new shipment.
Pick up:
You are welcome to collect your order in Heemstede. If you want us to prepare it for you, fill the shopping cart with the desired products, then choose the option: pick up in Heemstede, and pay for the order. We will notify you by e-mail or telephone as soon as your order is ready. If you have not yet received a message, you can assume that the order is not yet ready. If you have a specific date in mind when you would like to collect your order, please email us.
