Description
A tender gem with a unique blue color, growing on the open plains of Nepal and West China. A loose, nodding umbel composed of five to twenty bell-shaped flowers. An important, distinct detail of this species is that the blue stamens are shorter than the tepals. The slender leaves are of approximately the same length as the flower stem.
