A selection of the native Allium scorodoprasum, sand leek. Curiously shaped "flowers", consisting of a jumble of bulbils and overgrown stalks. The stems have a healthy length, 100-120 cm, making the flowers well-suited for in a vase. The leaf is palatable and can be used, inter alia, in salads.
