Description

A musk-scented Eurasian species, occurring on dry grasslands from Spain to Iran. The soft pink or white bell-shaped flowers have purple veins on the outside of the petals. The dark violet, comma-shaped stames are somewhat hidden. The narrow leaves remain green until the seeds have formed. Delicate. Clud-forming growth habit.
