Allium karataviense is a variable species. At the time, a spectacular form was found by Dr A. Seisums and V. Voronin in Uzbekistan in the valley where the Angren River flows, with flowers up to 30 cm in diameter. The offering is a seed propagated lot where pink and pinkish-red hues predominate. Flower size is also variable. The name for this mixture is somewhat unfortunate, but plant the bulbs together in a group and a surprising result emerges.
