Description
To date, the species has been found in only three locations on limestone rocks in Taşeli Yaylası, southern Turkey. It is an early-flowering crocus, white flowers, darkly feathered on the outside of the petals. Mostly the throat is yellow, as are the stamens, contrasting nicely with the black anthers.
