Description
A stunning hybrid, cultivated by Willem van Eeden and named after one of John Amand's daughters. John is a friendly relation from England where he offers a fantastic range of flower bulbs. Presumably E. 'Joanna' originated from E. tuolumnense x E. revolutum, not entirely certain. The flower opens soft yellow, then a pink tinge appears, changing to apricot a two-tone effect of yellow and apricot is created. Several flowers bud on each flower stem. The range is propagated from seed.
