Description

A 1760 Rembrandt tulip, from an unknown grower. Also classified among the Single Early Tulips, under the name 'Zilveren Standaard'. "Among the early-flowering striped Tulips it is one of the most beautiful, and it is suitable for general use. Preferably, however, it is used for flower beds." The flowers show pink and red feathers on a white background.
