A few years ago crossings of T. hageri x T. aucheriana were carried out by the Centre for Plant Breeding and Reproduction Research. Amon others this cheerful little tulip emerged, named after Timo, our nearly fourteen year old son. A gorgeous small red tulip, whose blue heart has a white glow.
