Description
Origin: high in the mountains of Tajikistan, highly variable but always red. The narrow, corrugated, grey-green leaves have red edges and form a rosette. The wonderful scarlet flower with pointed petals is slightly lighter towards the edge and features a black heart with grey-green anthers. When the flowers open they resemble a flipped umbrella.
